Gold Coast Wintersun Festival in Coolangatta.

Wintersun Festival 2010 will be held on 4th June for 10 day fabulous, fun filled days and will conclude with a tremendous Wintersun Concert. Wintersun is Australia's No.1 annual Retro festival.

Featuring almost 1500 Hot Rods, Custom and Classic Cars, more than 100 bands, alive with performer, dancing, movies and competitions.

It’s a festival you would really enjoy and an experience not to be missed. There arelots of things to see and do.

With the great variety of live entertainment in both the parks and streets of Coolangatta,you will definitely find several that will capture your interest.

The festival is held in the border coastal towns of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads on the New South Wales and Queensland border.

Many of the Gold coast Wintersun Festival events are free, some are held in the streets while others are held in the local clubs and shopping centres.

It is Australia's Leading Rock & Roll reminiscence Retro Event.

Wintersun Street Parade of floats, bands and frivrolity will be held on Saturday 12th June starting in North Kirra at 9:45 AM and traveling along Marine Parade to Greenmount, Coolangatta.

Hot Rod, Classic & Custom Car Show held in the parks and streets of Coolangatta with around 1500 cars on show all day Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June. Take your camera out and capture the best memories to share with all your friends.

There will be live entertainment in the parks and streets of Coolangatta with about 80 bands and performers all day Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June.

Come and be entertained and join in the fun with the others and show off your best rock 'n roll moves. Hot Rod, Classic & Custom Car cruises on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM driving via the beachfront from North Kirra and traveling along Marine Parade to Greenmount, Coolangatta.
